Prospects new customers and assists them during their whole Financing application;

Duties & Responsibilities

a) Ensures that all forms are completed correctly by the clients, with special attention given to the accurate understanding and completion of the Business Profile by each client;

b) Conducts Financing appraisal by collecting detailed information (personal, business, guaranties);

c) Conducts due diligence on all potential individual customers to ensure that their business

plans and guarantees are realistic and that the Financing amount and term is suitable for them;

d) Gives his opinion during Financing committee meetings to decide which will receive a Financing;

e) Attends the signature of the contract and reads it thoroughly, especially the penalty clause;

f) Opens the Financing account of his customers and follows up thoroughly the client relationship;

g) Develops his clientele by marketing and selling individual financing (only if no portfolio at risk);

Qualification:

Education:

At least Bachelor degree

Work Experience:

Prior experience in MFIs and Banks as Financing Expert Officer

Skills:

Basic spoken and written English and strong negotiating and communication skills.
