Job Description:
•     She/he will be closely supervised and report to the M&E officer. The core task will be to conduct KAP baseline and endline survey and beneficiary selection exercises as data collection methods.
•     Conduct data collection using the provided data collection tools (KOBO tool box) through interviews.
•     Conduct KAP survey in health facility level within the assigned areas.
•     Travel to the targeted districts and villages within Paktia and Ghazni Provinces.
•     Develop relationship of trust and safe space during data collection exercise with respondents.
•     Ensure beneficiaries consent is secured from all respondents before data collecting.
•     Ensure collected data is accurately recorded.
•     Identify and report immediately any challenges faced to the supervisor that could affect the quality of the data.
•     Take responsibility for the equipment that you may receive for data collection.
•     Report daily issues and challenges to the M&E officer.
Qualification:
•            At least graduated from high school. Bachelors will be preferred
•            Minimum 1 year of relevant experience with INGOs.
•            Fluent in Pashto and Dari.
•            Familiarity with English is an asset.
•            Familiar with using KOBO toolbox.
•            Experienced in data collection.
•            Having experience with PU-AMI is an asset.
