Job Description:
ROLE PURPOSE: The IMHNTs crowd controller is a community base staff supporting the clients and patient flow at the service delivery points of Integrated mobile health and nutrition team and will work full time in IMHNTs during the official time, the core responsibility of IMHNTs crowd controller is listed below.
SCOPE OF ROLE:
Reports to: Physician or MHNT Team Leader
Job responsibilities:
IPC related activities
•   Set up 2 portable handwashing facilities (one for males and one for females) at each service delivery point
•   Ensure the premises comply with IPC protocols.
•   Supporting Nurse in managing patient flow inside the IMHNT
•   Cleaning and disinfecting the IMHNT environment including equipment, tables, chairs, etc. at the start of each day according to IPC protocols and proceduresGeneral related activities
•   Regularly organize and manage patients and caregivers’ lines at the integrated Mobile Health and Nutrition Team (IMHNT) sites
•   Closely work with the MHNT staff in order to organize the patient and caregiver lines and give indications to the patients and caregivers
•   Work closely with the head of IMHNT to ensure proper management of clients and patient flow system at service delivery points (SDPs)
•   Coordinate with the promoters for the monitoring of the visitors/referents from the community to the MHNT site
•   Support the security of the MHNT equipment and medicine
•   Load all IMHNT related goods (equipment, medicines’ box, tables, chairs, safeguarding tools, and etc.) in to the vehicle and unloading them back inside the MHT on daily base.
•   Arranging all IMHNT related goods in their selected locations at the MHT properly at the start of each day and collecting them back at the end of each day.
•   Making on and off, all electrical tools (generator and/or solar panels, fans, etc.) at the start and end of each day including their maintenance
•   Supporting all IMHNT sections staff (COVID-19 triage area, hand washing, OPD, nutrition, MCH, PSS, vaccination, etc.) in arranging their clients and following COVID-19 measures (checking temperature, keeping physical distance, etc.)
•   Providing H&N education using the IEC materials in clients waiting area.

Qualification:
•   To be high school graduate having medical background will be a plus points
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Essential:
•   Good communication skills
•   1 year of experience in relevant field
•   ‘Can do’ attitude with high levels of motivation
Desirable:
•   Pashto and/or Dari proficiency in both speaking and writing
•   Ability to work independently in the field.
