1. Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
2. Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh.
3. Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients.
4. Bake, grill, steam, and boil meats, vegetables, fish, poultry, and other foods.
5. Present, garnish, and arrange final dishes.
6. Maintain and clean the equipment and materials in good and clean condition.
7. Cook food with various utensils or grillers.
8. Check food while cooking to stir or turn.
9. Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served.
10. Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen.
11. Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
12. Check the quality of ingredients.
13. Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages.
14. Cook plans, prepares, and cooks food items to ensure the highest quality service and experience.
15. They help keep the kitchen organized and running efficiently.
16. They ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and following food storage procedures.

1. Proven experience as a cook
2. 1-2 years’ experience in cooking and supporting the cook and
3. Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling, etc.)
4. Ability to follow all sanitation procedures.
5. Ability to work in a team.
6. Very good communication skills
7. Excellent physical condition and stamina
8. High school diploma or equivalent; a Diploma from a culinary school will be an advantage.
