Job Description:

Manages and executes administrative, project, and executive support activities associated with the office of a core division or equivalent component of the organization.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Ensure good relationship with all programmes and projects
  • Perform and ensure all kind of admin and logistical support for office, implementation teams and stakeholders as required.
  • Ensure proper recording and updating inventory of the fixed assets of the offices, Guesthouses.
  • Support the procurement, finance and project team in arranging training, workshops and other events in the local areas
  • Support in hiring the office, procurement process, contracting the vendors as per the requirement of the project
  • Ensure all legal obligation of Offices (lease agreement, maintenance contracts) are fulfilled and renewed in a timely manner
  • Ensure that all utility bills (electricity, water, telephones and etc) are paid on time.
  • Ensure standards of sanitation in the offices
  • Maintain generators in offices
  • Supervise service staffs ( Guard, cleaner,)
  • Demonstrate good behavior with all other staff


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.

• Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.

• Records maintenance skills.

• Ability to analyze and solve problems.

• Conflict resolution and/or mediation skills.

• Knowledge of office management principles and procedures.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
