Turquoise Mountain (TM) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization focused on urban revitalization, business growth, and the preservation and education of traditional arts and architecture. The organization creates employment opportunities, develops skills, and promotes a stronger sense of cultural identity and national pride among Afghan women and men. Turquoise Mountain is officially registered as an NGO with Afghanistan’s Ministry of Economy and is also recognized as a registered charity in the United Kingdom.
